I am a discount seller and shipping takes place mainly on Saturday.

It may take up to two weeks for international orders to be sent out.

If using UPS you must have the package shipped to a residential address. If an address doesn't appear to be residential the item won't be shipped until a residential address is supplied.

No tracking information is given out on any package until 10 days after payment has been received. The reason being most packages will have been received by then and there is no need to give a tracking number for a package that has already arrived.

USPS click and ship is used to print out labels, if your address is not USPS click and ship compatible it may take 14 additional days to send your package. USPS may deliver to an address that USPS.COM says is invalid. Please visit www.USPS.com and find out if your supplied address is valid in that system.
