First we have changed the banner design to a more pleasing layout.
The page format has been widened and the left and right colums are now only seen on special pages.
The links at the top of the page have changed. Most importantly the login and register links are vital. If you are registered you can login and once you are logged in you can send an email.
The page is being setup to handle all questions and answers via the webpage.
Customer service is still a priority but as our business grows it becomes more and more difficult to respond to every email. Many emails ask the same questions and through the email form on the page more people can get faster responses.
The FAQ will be updated with commonly asked questions so if you have a question and don't want to register and login, or wait for an email response you should look at the FAQ first.
The online store is currently not fully implemented, but you can order any board or card game at 66% of retail plus actual postage. This includes a 4% discount for non-paypal and non-credit card orders.
